Ad-hoc Committee
Evaluate where the homeowners association is in its present state and create a vision and
plan to where we want our communtity to be in 3-5 years. This committtee identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunuties, and
threats for our present state and for years to come. 
 
 
 
Architectural Review Committee
Review and approve plans for new construction, renovations, additions, etc.
 
 
 
Budget & Finance Committee
Oversees the annual budget. Manages the association's funds and
maintains financial records. Keep all financial records and serve
as the custodian of securities and funds. 
 
 
 
Bylaws Committee
Communicate and assist the board on how to
preside over the community. Establish various
rules and regulations that keep the structure
of the HOA's governing body in order. 
 
 
 
Communication Committee 
Gather information from block captains, Northlake residents, etc. for the newsletter,
update the HOA’s website to include current information and publish quarterly newsletter.
 
 
Fine Appeals Hearing Committee (FAHR)

Handle all appeals involving fines levied against residents who violate established rules and regulations. 
 
 
 
Maintenance Committee
Maintan the appearance and functunailty of equipment within the community.
Facilitates maintainance and repairs for all common areas.
 
 
 
Social Committee
Responsible for Northlake community activities
(i.e., block parties, holiday gatherings, community yard sales, etc.).
 
 
 
We Care Committee
Serves as a liaison for the HOA and other residents when there is a wedding, birth, adoption, illness, or death among 
our residents. Advises the board if there is a need/request from residents in the community.
 
 
 
 
 
Our block captains are our number one source for getting issues and concerns on our streets
resolved before they increase to higher extremes. They are here to serve our community and our sreet residents.
So, please allow them the opportunity to help with any issues, concerns, etc. If problem  resolutions require escalation at any time,
the issue will be forwarded to the appropriate committee/board member, per your request.
