Saj'el is a recent graduate from Victory Christian Academy. Her plans are to attend the

University of North Florida (UNF) and study Computer Science.

Saj'el is the daughter of Joseph Medlock.

On December 5, 2024, the membership voted to support the proposed annual dues increase with 62 "yes" votes and 3 "no" votes.

Effective January 1, 2025, the annual dues were increased to $250 per lot owner.

Due to budgetary obligations, the new due date for paying annual dues will be January 31st. This change will allow the finance committee to balance the books and allow for proper planning of expenses. All invoices for annual dues will be distributed during the month of December.

Northlake's very own, Dr. Barbara Darby was recognized for her incredible contributions by the Jacksonville Public Education Fund.
